Jack Bloomfield, CAI-II
Jack Bloomfield brings more than 40 years of continuous sobriety and recovery to his skills as an interventionist. In addition, he has worked in the field of addiction and behavioral health serving as a clinical outreach director and coordinator for such well known programs as Caron, The Hanley Center, The Refuge and Delray Recovery Center. During his time in clinical outreach, it offered him the opportunity to get to visit many of the top treatment programs in the country and learn firsthand which facilities he would send his own family members to based on their clinical staff and ethical approaches to treatment. Jack’s work included his personal involvement with families in educating them about addiction and helping them to understand when intervention was needed. In addition, he helped guide them through the process of choosing a treatment center if necessary as well as how best to get the family on board.
As an interventionist, Jack is certified (CAI-II) in the ARISE® model which focuses not only on helping the alcoholic or addict to find recovery but includes the whole family as well. Rather than being a one and done event, the ARISE® model is a minimum six month continuing care process where the immediate family and close loved ones, along with the alcoholic or addict, engage on a path of recovery together.

I also know how active addiction tears apart relationships in families and most importantly, with those who we love the most.

Those who reach out to us for help are lost, broken and often times at deaths door but we have seen so many who believed that they were hopeless, recover and experience for themselves, the miracle of recovery.”
Jack is married and is the father of two adult children. He is originally from Westchester County, New York and has been living in Florida since 1994.
In addition to his CAI-ll certification, Jack is a member of the Network of Independent Interventionists (NII).
Tara Cannon, CRRA, Recovery Coach, CAI
Tara Cannon comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Mental and Behavioral Health industry. She has an extensive background in addiction treatment, public/client relations, Quality Assurance management, among many other specialties. She has met the requirements for Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA) and has recently completed her ARISE® Comprehensive Care with Invitational Intervention workshop. Tara is currently working toward receiving her CAI certification.
Tara began her career in the Mental and Behavioral Health field in 2009 working in an entry level position for one of Florida’s premier treatment facilities. Her professional ambitions have centered on providing guidance to individuals who are suffering from an addiction to drugs, alcohol, disordered eating, and other compulsive behaviors. Ms. Cannon opened a woman’s Recovery Residence in the spring of 2018 and has flourished in the aftercare community, providing a safe haven for women integrating into a life in recovery. Along with this endeavor, she has worked with several of the top Psychological Doctoral clinicians and leading treatment centers in providing treatment plan support to clients by Wellness and Recovery Coaching. In addition to direct support of patients, Tara has also contributed support to providers interested in state and federal licensing, both CARF and Joint Commission Accreditation, P&P compilation, implementation, and Risk Management. Tara is ardent about her spiritual and personal growth. Much of her time is devoted to meditation practice, fitness, spending time with family, several of which are in recovery from addiction themselves, and tending to her 2 adopted animals; Pancake and Montague, who are being trained as therapy dogs to aid in Tara’s efforts to help as many people as she can.
